Chris Potts
Initially in General Dental Practice as an associate and then a Principal, Chris has spent half his career on the corporate side. First joining BUPA as a Dental Advisory Panel member in the mid-1990s, he then joined Boots PLC, progressing to be Director of Healthcare Services for more than 50 locations. He has since worked advising UK and international organisations including Netcare and Virgin Healthcare on healthcare delivery and management. Recently he has advised many practices and companies, whilst also taking on several key interim roles. He is a previous President of the British Dental Health Foundation, the UK’s leading oral health charity, and has over 30 years experience in healthcare.
Simon Trobridge
A Chartered Accountant by training, Simon has more than twenty years advising and running owner managed businesses. He jointly owned and ran a successful fuel supply company, Optimum Group, for 7 years before realising value via a sale. He then spent 6 years as Director of SME services for Deloitte in Leeds, leading a team of 25 providing accounting and business advisory services to owner managed businesses, before leaving to set up his own advisory and compliance practice. He has spent most of the past 4 years in the dental sector including 2 years as Finance Director of Genix Healthcare Limited, a 25 clinic NHS corporate, and is currently Finance Director for the dental charity Bridge2Aid.
